What is Sky Protect Plus?

It covers your core Sky Equipment and viewing devices against faults, breakdowns and accidental damage with no minimum term and much more! Provided by Domestic & General, it's the only insurance endorsed by Sky.

Does it benefit Sky Q customers?

Yes of course! Only Sky Protect Plus gives you access to the next day priority service diary for your Sky equipment as well as accidental damage cover - which is not included when you are a Sky Q customer without Sky Protect Plus. In addition you get worldwide device cover and unlimited repairs and replacements with our team available 7 days a week.

What is device cover?

Cover is available for TVs, mobile phones, XBOX 360/One, Playstation 3/4, laptops or tablets that cost less than £2,000 when new and are in good working order. Mobile phones must also be no more than 5 years old. If you make a claim for your mobile, there will be a £75 excess.
