Device cover included

You can also insure a TV, mobile, games console, laptop or tablet** for no extra cost – and it’ll be covered for breakdowns too.

Unlimited repairs & replacements

It doesn’t matter how many times a breakdown or accident happens, we’ll get you back up and running.

No parts, labour or call-out charges

When you need a repair or replacement, you won’t have to pay for parts, labour or call-outs – it’s all included.

UK helpline open every day

Whatever day of the week you need help with your Sky equipment or viewing devices, our free UK helpline will be there.

*We aim to have a Sky engineer with you the very next day when you call before 4pm. Excludes special heights, premises difficult to access safely, North Highlands, Islands and ROI.

**Cover is available for TVs, mobile phones, XBOX 360/One, PlayStation 3/4, laptops or tablets that cost less than £2,000 when new and are in good working order. Device cover not available in ROI. Mobile phones must also be no more than 5 years old. If you make a claim for your mobile, there will be a £75 excess.
