  1. I want to join Sky Protect

  2. I am a Sky Protect customer and need help with my Sky equipment

  3. I am not a Sky Protect customer but need help with my Sky equipment
    If you are still within the first 12 months of your contract, just call us on 08442 41 41 41†. If you are outside the first twelve months of your contract, you can still take out Sky Protect and get a repair at the same time. Call 08442 41 41 41† for more information.
  4. I have received a suspicious call or letter
    Sky Protect is the only repair plan endorsed by Sky. If you are concerned about mail or telephone calls you may have received from someone claiming to be Sky-approved, please let us know.
  5. I would like to leave feedback
    At Sky, we happily welcome any complaints and compliments. We want to know exactly what you think - good or bad. Give us your feedback.
  6. I am concerned that my Sky warranty may not be provided by Sky
    Sky Protect is the only repair plan endorsed by Sky. Get in touch with us if you are concerned that you may have been misled into taking out a repair plan with another company claiming to be Sky or Sky-approved. If you provide your name and policy number, we'll be able to confirm whether you have an official Sky Protect repair plan.
  7. I would like to make a complaint
