As a Sky Protect customer, we'll aim to get an approved engineer to you as soon as possible. They work 7 days a week, so you could even get a repair or replacement on weekends. Repairs are unlimited too, so you can use Sky Protect as many times a year as you like.
More than one Sky box? No worries. As a Sky multiroom customer you can protect an unlimited number of boxes in your home under the one plan at no extra cost. And if you upgrade your box, we'll upgrade your Sky Protect plan right through to renewal without altering the existing terms or the charge for the plan. Your termination rights will also remain unchanged.
